Job Description
A leading group providing Engineering services in the UAE is looking for a Workshop Manager Position Name \xe2\x80\x93 Workshop Manager Reports to \xe2\x80\x93 Service Manager Location \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities:
- Department budget preparation along with department head
- Ensure all performance objectives of the service department are met using applied KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Plan and manage Service Sales/Marketing activities with the department head.
- Plan weekly & monthly team meetings to keep track of current team performance in line with monthly targets.
- Adhere to key KPIs and Service Level Agreements as defined by company\xe2\x80\x99s contractual obligations to customers, and report performance against these parameters.
- Ensure that the workshop is staffed and equipped adequately to meet customer requirements and workload.
- Manage and guide the Service team with support as and when required.
- Identify, implement and maintain a training plan for all workshop staff.
- Ensure that the workshop complies with all relevant legal, environmental, health and safety requirements.
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Workshop manager with Heavy Equipment: 10 years (Required)
- Workshop Manager in the UAE with heavy machinary: 5 years (Required)
- managing the Service Sales/Marketing activities: 9 years (Required)
- Plan weekly & monthly team meetings: 8 years (Required)
- maintaining and training all workshop staff: 9 years (Required)
- handling legal, health and safety of workshop: 1 year (Required)
- handling a team: 7 years (Required)
- budget preparation: 9 years (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
