The role is responsible for supporting smooth workshop operations through accurate preparation and processing of job cards, customer service, material vouchers and financial updates while ensuring compliance with company standards. The position also maintains vehicle records, schedules preventive maintenance, updates systems, and assists with daily attendance, and coordination with purchase and accounts teams to achieve operational efficiency, and strong team support.
