Key Responsibilities:
Attract and secure new customers for workshop services (fleet and individual)
Build strong relationships with new clients
Upsell services such as routine maintenance, diagnostics, and part replacements
Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with clients
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Track sales targets and submit weekly/monthly reports
Stay updated on competitors and market trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive service sales or customer-facing workshop roles
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with workshop or CRM software is a plus
Valid driving license
