Overall responsibility for the operation and staffing of the passenger car workshop.
Management and development of foremen and the rest of the registration team.
Sparring partner for the foremen regarding operations, planning and staffing.
Focus on efficiency, customer experience and high professionalism throughout the workshop flow.
Close collaboration with other department managers in the company - including sales and spare parts.
Customer advice as needed, including both physically and via telephone and email.

Experienced in workshop management - and used to working strategically with operations and development.
Clear, structured and proactive, and thrives on creating results.
A strong communicator who is able to motivate, collaborate and create cohesion in a busy environment.
Decisive and understands the importance of being able to lead - both personally and professionally.
