Job Description

:

Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, refrigeration units and vehicles used in production and logistics.

Manage hands-on servicing of Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration systems.

Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to ensure maximum equipment uptime and alignment with operational needs.

Oversee the execution of fabrication work and machine component refurbishment within the workshop.

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring safe and efficient operation of systems and infrastructure.

Maintain and manage building utilities, accommodation facilities and office-related equipment within the scope of maintenance.

Lead and guide technical teams, offering on-site training and mentorship to junior technicians,

Monitor spare parts usage, support procurement planning, and ensure availability of critical components to avoid downtime.

Maintain detailed technical reports, work orders and maintenance logs to support planning and audit requirements.

Implement and enforce workplace safety practices and compliance with internal maintenance procedures and external regulations

Job Summary:

Workshop Foreman to lead day-to-day workshop operations across Refrigeration, Automotive, Fabrication, and Electrical Maintenance divisions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in industrial systems, including refrigeration units and a proven ability to manage the maintenance of refrigerated vehicles, production equipment, and facility infrastructure. This role requires a practical leader capable of supervising technical teams, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance is completed efficiently, and maintaining high equipment reliability in a food production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
