Assistant Workshop
Job Description
Responsible to assist and carry out service, repair and maintenance of all vehicles and equipments as and when required under the immediate supervision of Mechanic-Workshop/Engineer.
SERVICE, MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Responsible to assist and carry out designated service, maintenance and repair tasks designated
Inspect vehicles/equipments and develop scope of repairs
Diagnose and fault find driver or operator complaints
Liaise with Workshop Manager to update on job progress and completion time.
Responsible to attend the breakdown maintenance round the clock
SAFETY
Correctly use and maintain PPE at all time
Make sure that team members are also using the PPEs
Follow the safety guidelines while at work
Report re the incident or potential hazards
OTHER TASKS
Use and maintain the tools in accordance with working specifications and condition
Maintain and work in a working environment with an acceptable level of housekeeping
Monitor the use of workplace consumables
Assist in training of other workshop staff
Perform other duties as directed by the Workshop Manager/Engineer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
