to join our growing business in the UAE. This is a strategic role for someone who can contribute both operationally and financially to the growth of the company.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in
shipbuilding
,marine engineering
, orshipyard operations
Strong knowledge of technical, operational, and production processes in ship manufacturing Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to contribute to business expansion Based in the UAE or willing to relocate Investment capacity or willingness to share responsibilities as a business partner Excellent leadership and management skillsRole Details:

Location: UAE (preferred: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi) Nature of Involvement: Operational + Strategic Profit-sharing or equity-based partnership (negotiable)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
