The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies for Majid Al Futtaim's Retail Discount business. What You'll Do

• Define and implement brand positioning strategies to establish the Retail Discount brand as a leading value-oriented retailer.
• Create and execute annual marketing plans targeting cost-conscious consumers and increasing market share.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (social media, SEO, SEM, email), traditional media, and in-store activations.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, trends, and opportunities, using data to optimize campaign performance.
• Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Deliver marketing materials, promotional plans, and in-store activations to support retail operations and drive traffic.
• Build and manage a strong online presence across websites, e-commerce, and social media channels.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from campaigns.
• Track KPIs, assess campaign performance, and implement improvements for continuous growth.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in brand strategy, brand communication, and media planning.
• Strong background in digital marketing and both ATL and BTL campaign execution.
• Proven experience developing in-store activations and customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage large-scale marketing budgets.
