Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our dynamic IT services leading client in Abu Dhbai. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep expertise in WordPress development, advanced design capabilities using Elementor, and proven experience as an Admcc-approved engineer for CCTV systems. This role is pivotal in delivering robust, scalable, and visually compelling web solutions that align with client requirements and industry standards. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing custom WordPress websites, integrating advanced front-end designs, and ensuring seamless compatibility with security infrastructure, particularly in surveillance and access control systems. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, system performance, and digital presence across government and private sector projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-visibility, compliance-driven projects where technical precision and creative problem-solving are paramount.
Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress websites using best practices in code structure, SEO, and accessibility.

• Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect layouts using Elementor Pro, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.

• Integrate third-party plugins and APIs, including payment gateways, CRM systems, and security modules, with a focus on performance and security.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional web pages.

• Ensure all web solutions comply with Admcc standards for CCTV and security system integration, including documentation and certification.

• Optimize website speed, scalability, and security through efficient coding, caching strategies, and regular audits.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to themes, plugins, and server configurations.

• Maintain version control using Git and follow agile development workflows.

• Provide technical documentation and post-deployment support for all delivered projects.

• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, security updates, and Elementor features to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development with a strong portfolio of live projects.

• Expert-level proficiency in Elementor Pro for advanced page building, dynamic content, and custom widget development.

• Proven experience as an Admcc-approved engineer for CCTV systems, including project documentation, compliance verification, and integration with IT infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices, performance optimization, and website security protocols.

• Experience with Git, staging environments, and deployment workflows.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Valid certification or documentation proving Admcc approval status for CCTV system integration is mandatory.
