About the Role
Polish and paint doors, cabinetry and bespoke wood elements using manual and spray techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Sand, seal and prime surfaces
Apply PU, duco, lacquer and veneer finishes
Operate spray booths and manual spray guns
Troubleshoot color matching and grain concealment
Requirements
5+ years of experience in wood finishing
Strong knowledge of major paint systems
Ability to read specifications and sample boards
Good communication skills
