, is looking for aconfident and passionate Female Shooting Club Operator
to lead and support club activities in a safe, engaging, and empowering environment.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
air pistols and air rifles
, excellent communication skills, and the ability toconfidently instruct and interact with female club members in Arabic
.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the Women's Shooting Club Conduct safety briefings and provide hands-on instruction to club members in
Arabic
Supervise airgun shooting sessions and ensure strict safety compliance Guide members in proper handling, aiming, and shooting techniques Organize club events, practice sessions, and community engagement activities Maintain and manage airgun equipment and shooting range cleanliness Support promotional activities and create a welcoming atmosphere for new membersQualifications:
Female candidate
(required for women-only facility operations) Fluent inArabic
(verbal instruction required) Experience withairguns
(pistols and rifles) - required Prior experience in shooting instruction, coaching, or similar roles is an advantage Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Professional, safety-conscious, and enthusiastic about women's sports and empowerment UAE residency or transferable visa preferredJob Type: Full-time

Experience:
