HR Manager - Male (Facility Management Experience Required)

We are hiring a
male HR Manager
with 3-4 years of relevant experience in manpower and facility management.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor laws and company objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance, and exit processes.
Ensure strict compliance with MOHRE rules and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures professionally.
Oversee employee engagement, training, and retention strategies.
Maintain accurate HRMS data, audits, and documentation.
Design employee handbooks and department-specific development frameworks.
Plan and manage training programs and performance reviews.
Align HR initiatives with company growth and expansion goals.
Prior experience in HR operations within facility or manpower management is essential.
