Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Assemble, route, and secure wiring harnesses and cables for electrical systems.
Install, terminate, and connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and other equipment.
Perform wiring tasks for control panels, switchgear, and industrial automation systems.
Test and troubleshoot electrical circuits, identifying faults and ensuring proper functioning.
Follow safety guidelines and adhere to electrical codes and standards.
Maintain accurate records of wiring activities, materials used, and equipment serviced.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure wiring meets design specifications.
Inspect completed installations to verify quality and conformance to standards.
Perform preventive maintenance and repair on electrical systems as needed.
