Wellbeing is a core element of our people first strategy. We define it as doing good, feeling good and functioning well. We consider Wellbeing across 4 dimensions Physical, Mental, Social and Purpose.
Our goal is to create a community that can establish and sustain a culture of wellbeing in the workplace through a personalized wellbeing journey of education and impacting with purpose.
Our Wellbeing ambassadors play an essential role in executing this strategy locally and making Wellbeing a concrete reality for our colleagues.
During this 2-year experience, you will become the face of wellbeing across the Group, inspire our colleagues to take accountability of their wellbeing and develop the programme within the organisation.
Year 1: Learning and fundraising
In the first year, you will take part in a life changing experience. As previous ambassadors before you, you will train for and take part in our annual triathlon in Lanzarote.. Additionally, through this experience, you\'ll learn more about overall wellbeing (physical, mental, social, purposeful) from a corporate perspective but more importantly from a personal perspective.
To support you on your journey, you will participate in the following:
Finally, you will have the opportunity to raise awareness on a topic of your choice within our 4 dimensions (mental, physical, social, purpose) and fundraise for an organization, chosen by yourself, throughout the year.
Year 2 : Apply what you have learned and drive wellbeing actions
In the second year, you will partner with the global team to drive concrete wellbeing activity at the local level across the company.
You will collaborate with your fellow ambassadors in our new \xe2\x80\x9cWellbeing Innovation Lab\xe2\x80\x9d to experiment and create concrete solutions, utilising engagement data, that can be applied locally to help drive wellbeing action and impact across our business.
\xe2\x80\xa2 You are someone ready to engage in a life changing experience to further not just your own wellbeing but also that of others.
. You are fluent enough in English to follow training and safety instructions and have a basic conversation with someone else in English.

What will you do as Wellbeing Ambassador?
Year 1: Learning and fundraising

To support you on your journey, you will participate in the following:
- A virtual training boot camp in May where you will receive a professional coach and training plan to reach the finish line in October.
- Wellbeing courses designed to learn the science-based approach to Wellbeing. You will also gain a better understanding of how we approach Wellbeing across the Adecco Group, taking into account the interconnectedness between our 4 dimensions and how this can ultimately impact your own personal wellbeing holistically.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to raise awareness on a topic of your choice within our 4 dimensions (mental, physical, social, purpose) and fundraise for an organization, chosen by yourself, throughout the year.

What does it take to become a Win4Youth Wellbeing ambassador?
\xe2\x80\xa2 You are someone ready to engage in a life changing experience to further not just your own wellbeing but also that of others.
. You are fluent enough in English to follow training and safety instructions and have a basic conversation with someone else in English.
- You are available to attend both the virtual boot camp in May 2023 (10,11,12, May) and main in-person event in Lanzarote in October (October 16-21, 2023).
- You don\xe2\x80\x99t need to be an athlete or know everything about wellbeing to apply. Wellbeing is for everyone, and every individual has the opportunity to take accountability for their own wellbeing and that of others. You do NOT need to be an expert in swimming, biking, running, meditation, etc: motivation to practice and persistence to overcome is enough! Win4youth is for everyone
- It needs to be your first Triathlon to make this a unique experience.
- You are ready to be an ambassador of the wellbeing community and agenda within your country
- You are prepared to document and share your journey on social media to both raise awareness and inspire our colleagues.

The purpose of the event is to raise awareness and encourage engagement of your colleagues in wellbeing activities. This could be a walk, coffee morning or meditation session. Something that inspires our people to act for their wellbeing aligned to one our core dimensions.
Promote your event, its social impact, and your application journey on your Instagram account via posts. We will check how active you are during the application process.
Reminder: Our aim is to focus on wellbeing holistically (physical, mental, social and purpose). We encourage you to take this into account throughout your application process.

- The event needs to be completed before the closure of the application
- We will take into consideration the size of the event, the numbers of participants and the social impact piece.
- Social impact piece of the event:
- Select a charity of your choice connected to one of four wellbeing dimensions
- Through your event aim to raise money to donate to a worthy cause
Promote your event, its social impact, and your application journey on your Instagram account via posts. We will check how active you are during the application process.
