Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Wholesale Manager

to lead and expand our wholesale operations in the

Electronics Division

. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the

UAE market

, a deep understanding of wholesale and distribution channels, and a proven track record in growing B2B sales within the electronics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Sales Management:

Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage key wholesale accounts, distributors, and resellers across the UAE. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and volume deals with partners and clients.

Channel Development:

Identify and develop new wholesale channels and market segments. Expand the customer base across retail, corporate, and institutional buyers.

Product & Inventory Coordination:

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure product availability. Monitor inventory levels and manage product allocations for wholesale clients.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to track trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Provide insights to guide product selection, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns.

Team Leadership:

Manage and guide the wholesale sales team to achieve performance targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and training to develop team capabilities.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports. Track key metrics such as sales volume, gross margin, and market penetration.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum

5-8 years of wholesale or distribution experience

in the

electronics industry

within the

UAE

. In-depth knowledge of electronics products (e.g., consumer electronics, appliances, mobile devices). Strong network of wholesale buyers, distributors, and retailers in the UAE and GCC. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
