We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced
Sales Project Manager
to lead and manage
B2B and project-based sales
within the
Electronics Division
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
project sales
, particularly in
consumer electronics, appliances, or commercial systems
, and extensive experience working with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers in the
UAE market
.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Sales Management:
Identify, develop, and close large-scale project opportunities (e.g., residential developments, commercial buildings, hospitality projects).
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
Proposal & Tender Management:
Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tender documents.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients and project stakeholders.
Project Coordination & Execution:
Ensure project deliverables align with customer expectations and are delivered on time.
Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned project sales targets and profitability goals.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Monitor market trends, upcoming developments, and competitor activities.
Provide strategic input for pricing, product positioning, and customer targeting.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
5-8 years of proven experience
in
project or B2B sales
in the
electronics industry
in the
UAE
.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction and real estate project cycles, tendering processes, and vendor approvals.
Familiarity with electronics products such as AV systems, home appliances, smart solutions, security systems, or commercial equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
