MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To manage and oversee the completion and certification of scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance tasks on the operated fleet and supervision of wheel & brake maintenance teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews and checks that all maintenance within flydubai workshops (wheel & brake) is carried out in accordance with flydubai and regulatory requirements.
- Certifies all scheduled and unscheduled tasks in the assigned area of responsibility against limitations of the company issued approval. .
- Ensures all maintenance is carried out to the highest standards and within the operational limitations prescribed.
- Inspects and completes all assigned work orders and maintains all relevant records.
- Reviews all damages to components and provides a summarized report.
- Retains currency on all qualifications and authorizations issued by Regulatory Authorities and flydubai Quality Assurance. This entails having an awareness of the expiry dates of all qualifications and authorizations and making sure that renewals as required are applied for in a timely manner so as to ensure that currency is maintained.

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
