Job Summary:
Workforce analyst interpret, analyze, read, and make recommendations that improve a workforce by reducing overhead and increasing customer satisfaction and experience & serves as a primary point of contact for workforce management policies and are subject matter experts on workforce optimization steps.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify leakages in contractual Vs Actual deployment variance.
  • Keep a track of active / inactive employee headcount. (Weekly meeting with HR team for headcount reconciliation) (Daily / Weekly)
  • Attendance tracking - Clock in / clock out. (Daily)
  • Access card Status. (Weekly)
  • Assignment wise Contractual Hrs variance. (Daily)
  • Assigning roles / Cost Centre to employees in Rostima.
  • Capture Shift / Employees movement etc changes in ground with respect Contractual / Schedule and actual performed in Rostima. (Daily)
  • Periodic validation of Contractual vs Deployments numbers / Designation etc. (Daily)
  • Capture employee attendance in Rostima, non fixed assignments. (Daily)
  • Master attendance finalization for payroll, productivity report. (Weekly / Monthly)
  • Adhoc operational requirements. (Daily)
