Key Responsibilities:
Identify leakages in contractual Vs Actual deployment variance.
Keep a track of active / inactive employee headcount. (Weekly meeting with HR team for headcount reconciliation) (Daily / Weekly)
Attendance tracking - Clock in / clock out. (Daily)
Access card Status. (Weekly)
Assignment wise Contractual Hrs variance. (Daily)
Assigning roles / Cost Centre to employees in Rostima.
Capture Shift / Employees movement etc changes in ground with respect Contractual / Schedule and actual performed in Rostima. (Daily)
Periodic validation of Contractual vs Deployments numbers / Designation etc. (Daily)
Capture employee attendance in Rostima, non fixed assignments. (Daily)
Master attendance finalization for payroll, productivity report. (Weekly / Monthly)
Adhoc operational requirements. (Daily)
