. With a strong digital marketing presence and consistent lead flow, we are now looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead, motivate, and grow our sales team to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Drive performance in
lead conversion, client meetings, and closings
.
Conduct regular
briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews
for the team.
Develop strategies to maximize ROI from digital marketing leads.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, agents, and clients.
Monitor team activities, ensure compliance with company sales processes, and report progress directly to management.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
(off-plan experience preferred).
Proven track record of leading a successful sales team.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, developers, and project launches.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to train, mentor, and motivate sales agents.
RERA Certification is a plus.
