? Telecalling and following up with customers
? Replying to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
? Providing accurate information about services and offers
? Managing bookings and coordinating with the salon team
? Ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience
Requirements:
? Female candidates only
? Languages:
Malayalam, English, Hindi
? Strong communication and telecalling skills
? Salon experience is an added advantage
