Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, web chats, and customer inquiries professionally.
Assist clients with booking cleaning and maintenance services.
Support the sales team in following up with leads and closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build positive customer relationships to increase retention.
Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Female candidate, age
below 25 years.
Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
Strong communication skills in
English, Urdu, and Hindi

Excellent phone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
