Wellness and Mobility Therapist

to join our Doha team. This role is crucial for fostering a supportive, healthy, and energized workplace in line with Qatar's vision for human development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and conduct personalized on-site wellness and mobility sessions (e.g., targeted stretching, corrective exercise, posture alignment, and stress-relief techniques) for Seero team members to combat sedentary work habits, reduce musculoskeletal pain, and enhance overall vitality. Provide dedicated

therapy and wellness sessions for employees or their family members as arranged during working hours, ensuring a comfortable, private, and culturally appropriate environment. Perform basic ergonomic assessments of workstations and provide practical, actionable advice to prevent strain and injury, tailored to our engineering consultancy environment. Collaborate with HR and management to develop and promote quarterly workplace wellness initiatives, educational workshops, and well-being challenges. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity with all clients. Manage the scheduling, client records, and logistics for all therapy sessions efficiently and discreetly. Stay current with best practices in mobility training, corporate wellness, and relevant health regulations within Qatar.

Requirements:

This position is open to female candidates only,

in order to provide the required Female Only wellness services. Proven certification and experience as a Wellness Coach, Mobility Specialist, Physical Therapy Aide, or in a similar therapeutic role.

Must be eligible to work in Qatar

(relevant residency permit / sponsorship eligibility). Capability to design safe, effective, and engaging wellness programs for professionals with sedentary, project-driven roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, empathetic, and culturally aware approach. Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and common office-related musculoskeletal issues. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional proficiency in English is required. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a corporate wellness setting within the GCC or Qatar. Additional certifications in ergonomics, yoga, mindfulness, or stress management. Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a Qatari business environment.
