The Spa and Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments using both traditional methods and the latest technology. The therapist ensures a luxurious, professional experience tailored to each client's individual needs while staying current with industry trends and technological advancements in skincare, body contouring, and aesthetic therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced facial and body treatments using modern technology such as:
Hydrafacial, Radio Frequency (RF), High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), Microdermabrasion, LED Therapy, Oxygen Facials, EMS Body Sculpting, Cryotherapy, Laser Treatments
, etc.
Provide a wide range of spa treatments including:
Classic and therapeutic massages, body scrubs, wraps, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty services.
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and contraindications, and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare/homecare products.
Operate and maintain modern aesthetic machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest spa technology, equipment, and treatment protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure high levels of customer service, build client relationships, and encourage repeat visits.
Maintain accurate treatment records and update client profiles as needed.
Promote spa services and retail products, contributing to overall sales goals.
Attend training sessions, workshops, or certifications as required by the company.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics.
Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a luxury spa, clinic, or wellness environment.
Certified and trained in operating advanced treatment machines and aesthetic technologies.
Strong knowledge of skin types, cosmetic products, and modern skincare techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):
Certification in
Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, Mesotherapy, or Cosmetic Peels

Familiarity with medical-grade skincare brands (e.g., Dermalogica, Obagi, Skinceuticals).
Multilingual skills are a plus, depending on client base.
