We are seeking a passionate and skilled Wellness and Ayurvedic Therapist to join our esteemed holistic health team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in traditional Ayurvedic therapies, wellness treatments, and holistic practices. This role requires a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles, client care, and the ability to customize treatments based on individual needs. The therapist will be key in promoting health, balance, and well-being among our diverse clientele.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations to understand medical history, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
Customize wellness plans and therapies by Ayurvedic principles.
Maintain detailed treatment records and follow up on client progress.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the therapy rooms.
Stay updated with current practices, therapies, and wellness trends in Ayurveda and holistic health.
Uphold the brand's integrity and provide outstanding customer service.
Education and Certification:
Diploma or Degree in Ayurvedic Therapy from a recognized institute.
Additional wellness, holistic health, or massage therapy certifications are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Ayurvedic therapy and wellness treatments.
Experience working in wellness centers, spas, Ayurvedic clinics, or integrative health facilities.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess individual client needs and adapt treatments accordingly.
Excellent customer service and client management abilities.
Other Requirements:
Physically fit and able to perform hands-on treatments.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
