We at Progressive are currently working with an OFS Giant who are on the lookout for an Operations Team Lead with the below experience: * Proven track record in leading wireline and/or Coiled:Tubing field operations, including a min. 15 years experience with onshore and offshore interventions, pressure control, and conventional conveyance systems. * Strong technical acumen in wireline and/or coiled tubing services, with a comprehensive understanding of downhole mechanics, fluid dynamics, well construction, and intervention techniques. * Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on surface wireline and/or coiled:tubing equipment. * Exceptional problem:solving skills, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions in high:pressure situations. * Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect while fostering a collaborative work environment focused on goal achievement and operational excellence. * Deep commitment to safety, with extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and industry safety standards. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders across all levels. * Willingness to travel and work in diverse geographical locations, including remote and offshore sites, under varying conditions. * English fluency mandatory, Arabic speaking preferred. * Bachelors degree in engineering or other technical discipline preferred.
