Job Responsibilities: Oversee employee welfare, accommodations, and grievance handling for blue-collar workers. Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS, and UAE labor laws. Manage camp facilities (hygiene, safety, maintenance) and resolve worker concerns. Coordinate with PRO for labor cards, visas, and medical insurance. Organize training, safety briefings, and employee engagement activities. Maintain records of attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions. Requirements: 2+ years in HR/Admin within UAE construction. Knowledge of labor welfare policies and camp management. Bachelors degree or equivalent. Strong communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu preferred).
