Job Description

To manage all human resources and administrative functions to support company operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, effective recruitment, smooth office management, and timely employee support in a construction and civil work environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage the hiring process for labor, staff, and technical positions. Conduct interviews in English and Hindi as required. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and manage visa processing.

2. Employee Records & Documentation



Maintain up-to-date employee files including contracts, passport/visa copies, and leave records. Handle MOHRE and GDRFA-related tasks for new joiners and renewals. Track probation, contract renewals, and end-of-service calculations.

3. HR Compliance



Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal company policies. Submit all required reports and documentation to authorities (e.g., MOHRE, DMCC, DED). Arrange medical tests, insurance, and labor card applications.

4. Administration



Oversee office and site admin activities: transportation, accommodation, stationery, etc. Maintain staff movement logs, gate passes, and access control. Coordinate company licenses, insurance renewals, and utility bills.

5. Employee Relations



Provide HR support to all employees and act as the main point of contact for grievances. Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and terminations professionally. Conduct inductions and training sessions in Hindi when necessary.

6. Communication & Support



Act as the communication link between management and labor teams. Translate company policies and instructions into Hindi for labor staff when needed. Ensure safety, health, and welfare policies are communicated in Hindi and understood by all.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:



2-5 years' experience in HR/Admin, preferably in the

construction or contracting industry

. Experience handling both office and site-based HR operations.

Key Skills:



Fluent in Hindi and English

(spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems (ERP, SAP, etc.). Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
