Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Welder + Fabricator
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for cutting, joining, and fabricating metal components based on technical drawings and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site or in a workshop setting.Responsibilities:
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on a variety of metals (steel, stainless steel, etc.) Fabricate and assemble structural components and pressure vessels as per project requirements Operate cutting machines, grinders, welding machines, and other fabrication tools Ensure all welds meet industry standards and undergo quality checks Perform finishing tasks like grinding, polishing, and cleaning of welds Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures in the workplace Work on-site and in outdoor environments as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a welder and metal fabricator Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols Skilled in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) Knowledge of fabrication tools and machinery Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments Basic understanding of safety practices and quality control
