Job Description

A Tower Crane Erection, Dismantling & Maintenance Company in Abu Dhabi needs Welders/Fabricators urgently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication works for tower crane components, structural steel, and related equipment. Carry out cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly tasks as per instructions. Assemble fabricated parts and structures with precision. Carry out repair and modification works on existing structures or equipment. Help in replacing ropes, bolts, pins, or minor parts under supervision. Assist in repair and reinforcement of tower crane sections during erection and dismantling projects. Support the erection and maintenance team with general fabrication and modification tasks when required. Provide manual handling support for spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the team leader.

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of metal properties and fabrication techniques. Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites. Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong awareness of site safety requirements. Willing to work on weekends and overtime when needed.
