Wedding Coordinator
who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and related events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute weddings.
Assist with event scheduling, logistics, and vendor management.
Support the wedding planner in all aspects of event preparation and on-site execution.
Maintain clear communication with clients in Arabic and English.
Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Previous experience in wedding or event coordination is preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
