Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and passionate
Project Manager
to lead the planning and execution of high end wedding events. From the first consultation to the final toast, you'll be the driving force behind every detail, ensuring each event is seamless, personalized, and stress-free for the Managing Partners and for our clients.Key Responsibilities
Lead the full cycle of wedding event planning, from initial step up to the day of the event Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, vendor and team schedules Conduct site visits and oversee setup and breakdown Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution of the event Maintain clear communication with the Managing Partners and team throughout the process
Requirements
Proven experience in event planning or project management (wedding experience preferred) Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly Proficiency in project management Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
