Own the overall development and delivery from roadmap to project development to execution to experimentation and optimisation, partnering with UX, martech, analytics, and development teams
Act as a thought leader who articulates the vision and plan for the website experience
Drive conversion rate optimisation, optimising journeys, taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous experience improvements and testings
Own measurement of key metrics for the website (traffic, MQLs, sign ups, conversions), analysing how visitors are interacting with our digital properties through data synthesis, heat mapping, and other techniques
Work with stakeholders in the organisation to build our website experience for product launches, content and campaigns
Propose and size experiment opportunities, build A/B testing/experimentation plans and evaluate test results to help make optimisation decisions
Set up and manage A/B tests, using Optimize360 or similar tools, and optimise funnels across multiple devices and digital properties
Manage and drive operational processes to effectively support Audience Targeting and campaigns
Guide architecture and design of MarTech systems, developing targeted roadmap to expand digital marketing capabilities and penalisation of customer experience
The Successful Applicant
15+ years experience in leading a digital team
Degree, Marketing / Digital Marketing MSc desirable
Relevant experience in digital marketing and website marketing roles
Experience leveraging a broad range of marketing website technologies
Experience managing a B2B website is a must
Experience managing one or more website rebuild efforts
Practical experience with experimentation
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organisation and build relationships with people from diverse areas of the organisation
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting business goals in a hyper-growth environment, whilst having a keen eye for detail
Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and data rigor
Experience working in global companies and with website localisation
