Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

ICT Operations Technician

to manage, maintain, and support all IT operations across our two branches. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations, supporting users, maintaining servers, managing cloud and in-house systems, and ensuring overall IT security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

Manage and maintain all in-house computers, laptops, mobile devices, tablets, All-in-One PCs, and printers. Handle setup, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software. Perform routine system monitoring and health checks of all IT equipment and networks.

2. Server & Hosting Management

Manage

two VPS servers

for hosting internal systems and websites. Administer

cPanel/WHM

for domain hosting, emails, DNS and security. Maintain

ENAS data server

for storage and backups. Perform regular backups and ensure data availability and recovery readiness.

3. Web Systems & Software Maintenance

Maintain and update

two WordPress websites

for both company branches. Manage and support

two custom in-house Laravel-based web applications

(B Safe & Urban) used for inspections, reporting, certificates, and operations. Coordinate feature upgrades, bug fixes, and improvements for internal systems.

4. Security & Surveillance

Manage and monitor

10+ CCTV cameras

, DVR/NVR systems, and backup storage. Ensure network security, user access control, and follow cybersecurity best practices.

5. Network Administration

Oversee all network infrastructure for both branches, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points. Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN access, and internet issues. Maintain IP structure, VLANs (if applicable), and bandwidth management.

6. Domain, Email & Renewals

Manage domain registrations, SSL, hosting renewals, and email accounts. Ensure uptime and smooth operation of company communication systems.

7. IT Support & Helpdesk

Act as the

single point of contact

for all IT issues across both branches. Provide timely technical support (onsite & remote) to all staff. Manage IT tickets, documentation, and user training when required.

8. Implementation & Projects

Plan and execute IT improvement projects, upgrades, migrations, and optimizations. Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements for business operations. Lead future projects such as

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong experience with Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and hardware maintenance. Knowledge of web hosting (cPanel, WHM), VPS management, and databases. Understanding of Laravel, PHP, MySQL (basic to intermediate). Experience managing CCTV, access points, and general IT infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
