We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile

Web Developer & IT Administrator

to join our team at

in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating our company website. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring smooth technical operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the company website. Update and improve existing websites to align with the company's evolving needs. Collaborate on UI/UX design using

Figma

to create visually engaging and user-friendly designs. Manage website hosting, DNS settings, SSL certificates, and domain configurations. Work on back-end and front-end technologies, including

WordPress

,

PHP

,

Java

,

Node.js

,

HTML

, and

CSS

. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues within the company. Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring data security. Collaborate with various teams to implement new features and functionalities as required. Provide technical support for staff, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Configure and maintain internal networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems. Administer and manage

Active Directory

, user accounts, and permissions. Oversee and maintain the

File Sharing Server

and internal data backup systems. Configure and troubleshoot

printers and network devices

. Monitor and ensure IT systems' performance, security, and uptime.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in

WordPress development

and

IT administration

. Strong knowledge of

PHP

,

MySQL

,

JavaScript

, and related web technologies. Hands-on experience with

network setup and troubleshooting

. Familiarity with

Active Directory

,

file sharing servers

, and

printer configuration

. Working knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SEO best practices. Experience with

website migration and server management (cPanel, Plesk, or similar)

. Familiarity with

security best practices

for web and network systems.
