About the Role

We're on the lookout for a talented and versatile

Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our innovative team in Dubai Production City. This hybrid role requires a creative thinker with hands-on expertise in website design and digital marketing. You'll play a key role in driving our online presence and ensuring our digital platforms are visually appealing, user-friendly, and performance-optimized.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain responsive websites with up-to-date content and modern UI/UX. Develop digital creatives for advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, and retargeting. Oversee company social media platforms; create content calendars and schedule posts. Launch and optimize email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions. Ensure all content and assets are optimized for SEO and aligned with brand strategy. Manage and improve the performance of e-commerce platforms and online storefronts. Monitor website analytics and campaign metrics; provide performance reports and insights. Stay ahead of digital marketing and web design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in both web design and digital marketing. Proficiency in

WordPress

and

WooCommerce

is essential. In-depth knowledge of

SEO

, content optimization, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console). Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite--Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus). Familiar with

HTML/CSS

, website maintenance, and web hosting basics. Strong time management and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
