About the Role

Dream Land Adventure Tourism is seeking a

skilled and creative Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist

based in the

UAE

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

WordPress, SEO, and Google Ads

. You will be responsible for managing website development, optimizing for search engines, and running effective online advertising campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain company websites using

WordPress

. Execute and manage

SEO strategies

(on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve search rankings. Plan, create, and optimize

Google Ads (PPC)

campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Conduct

keyword research

, track rankings, and implement effective link-building tactics. Manage

content strategy

and coordinate blog posting, landing page optimization, and meta-data updates. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using

Google Analytics

,

Search Console

, and

Google Ads Manager

. Apply

programmatic advertising techniques

to expand digital reach and conversion opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative digital strategies and maintain consistent branding. Stay updated with the latest trends in

SEO, SEM, and online advertising

best practices.

Requirements

UAE Residence required (must be based in UAE).

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

Web Development, SEO, and Google Ads

. Strong command of

WordPress

and website management. Proven experience managing and optimizing

Google Paid Campaigns (PPC)

. Solid understanding of

content marketing

, keyword strategy, and link-building. Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Must be detail-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
