We are seeking a skilled Proposal Engineer with a
proven track record
in preparingtechnically compliant and commercially competitive proposals
for water and wastewater treatment projects, includingSTPs, ETPs, and WTPs
. The ideal candidate must havehands-on experience
incost estimation, vendor coordination
, andproposal development
, with aminimum 75% bid win rate
across150+ bids
.Key Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for sewage and effluent treatment plants. Conduct
cost analysis
,BOQ preparation
, and ensure accurate cost estimation. Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and evaluation. Leadprocess design
,equipment sizing
, andflow diagram development
(PFD, P&ID). Collaborate with design and drafting teams for layout coordination. Maintain updated knowledge of industry pricing and technical benchmarks.Core Competencies - Hands-on Experience RequiredWater Treatment Technologies
Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Nanofiltration (NF) Filtration systems, Water softening, Chemical dosing systems
Wastewater Treatment Technologies
MBR, SBR, MBBR, Activated Sludge Process (ASP) Tertiary treatment, Sludge handling & dewatering Effluent reuse and recycle systems
Technical Skills
Process design & flow diagram development Equipment sizing and selection BOQ and cost estimation expertise PFD, P&ID, and layout drawing coordination Vendor evaluation and procurement support
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering 8+ years of relevant experience in proposal engineering for WTP/STP/ETP projects Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
