About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Water Tanker Driver for light vehicles to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our water distribution operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of water to various locations throughout the city.

Operate light water tanker vehicles to transport and deliver water to designated locations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations Follow established routes and schedules for water delivery Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance Operate water pumping equipment to fill and empty the tanker as required Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly Assist in basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the water tanker vehicle

What do we need from you

Valid light vehicle driving license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a water tanker driver or in a similar role preferred Thorough knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations Proficiency in operating water tanker equipment and performing basic vehicle maintenance Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and climbing Familiarity with water distribution systems and occupational health and safety practices preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required * Strong commitment to safety and customer service
