Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. Place and track purchase orders using ERP systems. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and deliveries. Monitor inventory system to prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for timely order management. Implement warehouse management best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards in warehouse operations.
Qualifications

At least 3 years proven experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Supervisor in the F&B or hospitality industry. Strong background in ERP systems (order placement, inventory tracking, and reporting). Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Can join immediately with valid QID and transferrable visa
