We are looking for a qualified Warehouse Manager to lead and manage all warehouse operations at a secure military facility in Abu Dhabi. The role requires expertise in inventory management, team supervision, and the use of ERP/WMS systems to ensure accurate tracking and efficient logistics support for mission-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, storage, dispatch, and documentation of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and warehouse management systems.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely supply chain flow.
Enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols in line with military regulations.
Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
Handle storage of sensitive, technical, and classified items with strict inventory control.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a military, defense, or high-security environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, EPICOR).
Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, and HSE standards.
