Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality
- Manage warehouse inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Optimize supply chain processes for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices
- Work closely with chefs, restaurant managers, and suppliers to meet operational needs
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or warehouse management (preferably in hospitality)
- OSHA certification
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement systems and inventory management software
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and fast-paced operations
