Position: Warehouse Manager-F&B/Restaurant/Hospitality Experience Dubai

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into computer software systems, such as Excel and Word files. Maintain precise accounting of received and issued materials, ensuring well-organized record-keeping. Securely file and store documents, receipts, reports, and invoices for easy retrieval.

Able to handle the team of 10-15 Staffs.

Experience in

Stockkeeping & Inventory

Review the timeliness of scheduled deliveries and promptly address any delays or discrepancies. Regularly monitor inventory levels and conduct checks to compile orders based on specific requirements. Conduct routine physical stock checks, reconciling physical counts with the inventory count from the inventory management software system. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to the Procurement and Supply Chain Department Manager. Investigate discrepancies between manual counts and the

inventory management

software, promptly reporting findings for resolution. Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement (PAR) levels for all items and inform the Procurement & Supply Chain Department to place orders with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels. Identify and report slow-moving items weekly to prevent over-purchasing. Ensure adherence to the 'Requisition Policy & Procedure' for all requisitions from restaurants, laundry, and other departments. Communicate and collaborate with team members, restaurant staff, laundry staff, and the Procurement & Supply Chain Department to facilitate seamless operations and promote a positive working environment. Ensure that invoices, delivery orders, lists of open transfers, and other related documents are accurately signed by relevant personnel involved in the collection, receipt, delivery, or transfer of goods. Maintain proof of posting into the Inventory Management System/Excel daily. Work closely with the Purchase and Supply Chain Department to facilitate the timely ordering and receipt of required items and equipment. Regularly inspect stock for the disposal of expired and obsolete items. Prepare detailed reports and submit them to the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager for approval. Preserve records and prepare related reports for the Purchase and Supply Chain Department as requested. Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse helpers, drivers, and delivery staff of suppliers. Fulfil any additional requirements as demanded by the organization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of functions, processes, and procedures.

Warehouse Supervisor/Manager: 3 years (Required) Warehouse Management (Food/Restaurant/Catering/Hospitality Items): 2 years (Required) Should have at least 3+ Years in Supply Chain and Logistics within UAE region.
