Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Production Manager.

A Warehouse/Production Manager oversees all aspects of a warehouse's production, ensuring efficient and safe operations, from receiving and storing goods to preparing them for shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.

Inventory Management:

Overseeing inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing waste, and managing storage space efficiently.

Quality Control:

Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to ensure products meet standards before and during production.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and complying with relevant regulations.

Team Leadership:

Supervising and motivating warehouse staff, providing training, and managing performance.

Logistics and Shipping:

Coordinating logistics for receiving and dispatching goods, including working with transportation providers and managing delivery schedules.

Continuous Improvement:

Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Budget Management:

Controlling warehouse operating costs and meeting budgetary targets.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generating reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and shipping costs.

Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide warehouse staff. Organizational and Planning: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Inventory Management: Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures. Logistics and Transportation: Knowledge of logistics principles and transportation processes. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
