Warehouse On Site Supervisor
Job Description
1. Responsible for the daily management of various operational modules in warehousing;
2. Execute and improve warehousing operational processes and regulations to ensure the quality and efficiency of warehousing operations;
3. Reasonably allocate human and other resources for various work positions and operational processes in warehousing to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs;
4. Monitor each link of production operations in real-time, promptly report and handle various issues and failures to ensure smooth production operations;
5. Responsible for communication and coordination with other business departments, as well as communication and resolution of issues;
6. Responsible for the implementation of 6S activities on-site and the promotion of lean production concepts;
7. Responsible for daily operational business training and guidance for department employees, team building, and talent pipeline development.
