Warehouse Manager
with a background in medical or healthcare supply chain management to join our operations in Nauru. This role is vital to ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment to support healthcare services on the island.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of medical supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational needs.
Implement and monitor proper storage conditions for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Coordinate with healthcare teams to fulfil requests promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage shipment documentation and customs clearance processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field (medical/healthcare background preferred).
Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of cold chain management and medical supply handling protocols.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
