Manage daily warehouse operations for dry, chilled, and frozen food items
Ensure proper storage conditions, temperature control, and FIFO/FEFO implementation
Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of F&B products
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Conduct regular stock counts and manage expiry dates to minimize wastage
Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams
Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems
Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and pest control procedures
Handle product recalls, returns, and non-conformance issues
Prepare operational and inventory reports
