Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue from Rooms and F&B.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and key accounts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for Rooms and F&B.
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities to generate business.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored packages and promotions.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets and has sound understanding of the local market and competitor landscape.
Minimum 4 yrs of proven sales experience in the UAE hospitality industry.
Strong network of corporate and event contacts is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
