Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor & oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement warehouse operational policies and procedures.
- Implement and oversee security operations.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure the safety of staff.
- Motivate and discipline team members.
- Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Assist with deliveries where required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of warehouse management experience within manufacturing entities.
- Should possess 3-4 years of experience managing a warehouse team.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
