Supervise working of PDI section on day to day basis to ensure delivery of zero error vehicles to customers. 2. Arranging the workload of PDI staff and reaching customer requirements by scheduling new vehicle delivery to showrooms. 3. Doing the maintenance of the storage vehicles, preparing reports and giving feedback to the manufactures. 4. Open PDI jobs cards in Dealer Management System on daily basis. 5. Updating day to day in and out status of vehicles and spare parts to group general manager. 6. Monitoring maintenance of accurate PDI records, documentation and reports pertaining to pre-delivery inspections, technical errors, warranty claims, employee performance. 7. Perform physical count of vehicles shipments received and prepare timely report of damage/missing items for insurance claim. SPARE PARTS 1. Manage Parts Distribution Center (PDC) and storage of all part items. 2. Perform physical periodic count of parts and send monthly reports to Finance Department. 3. Maintain parts inventory using DMS system and in excel. 4. Maintain Parts register that includes parts purchased, issued, transferred, written-off and update on daily basis. 5. Ensure goods receiving and issuing notes are properly prepared, approved and documented. 6. Perform physical count of parts shipments received and prepare timely report for missing or damaged parts. 7. Dealing with the customers for the parts sale. LOGISTICS 1. Arranging new vehicles & parts from port to PDI yard by coordinating with our clients and arranging required customs clearance documents. 2. Perform delivery of the PDI finished new vehicles to the customer and to the showrooms for display. 3. Monitoring and scheduling recovery vehicle for sales and after sales internal vehicle moments from branch to branch. 4. Perform delivery of parts to all service centers from the warehouse upon schedule and /or request.

• Must have 5 Years of Experience in Automotive/Automobile Trading
