Sales Manager (car Care Products)
Job Description
We are urgently hiring Sales Manager (Car Care Product Distribution) 1. Minimum 2 years sales experience in managerial role in the field of car care product distribution. 2. Achieve budgeted sales targets for all brands/categories of car care products 3. Achieve product distribution in all trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share. 4. Ensure all credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to company. 5. Set/ review targets for salesmen to achieve overall target objective of the area. 6. Ensure all staff members are equipped with the required skills & knowledge to optimize team productivity & performance. 7. Motivate and encourage his team to optimize individual potential & productivity. 8. Conduct effective & regular meetings to review performance and provide feedback. 9. Ensure excellent relationships with allocated customers is achieved and outlet coverage of designated area is of the optimum standard.
Skills: 10. Key account handling experience mandatory Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month Experience:
